Caramelized Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. coarsely chopped garlic
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. cracked peppercorns
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. arrowroot or 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat until nearly smoking.
Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Be careful not to let garlic burn.
Once garlic reaches blonde color, pour out immediately into a strainer.
