Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten well
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. apples, peeled and chopped
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine in large mixing bowl the sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice and salt; mix well.
    Add flour, soda and spices; beat well.
    Stir in apples and nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 using pan of your choice (I like to bake it in 2 loaf pans).
