Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream together sugar and oil.
Add eggs (beaten) and can of pumpkin to mixture and mix well with electric mixer.
Sift together all other ingredients.
Add dry ingredients alternately with 2/3 cup water to pumpkin mixture.
Mix well after each addition.
Pour into 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool on rack.
Freezes well.
