Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 small can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. bread crumbs (approximately)
Preparation

Steam broccoli until almost cooked.
Drain and put in casserole dish.
Warm soup and milk in saucepan and pour over broccoli.
Cut cheese into strips and punch down into mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle on bread crumbs that have been moistened with melted butter.
Put back in oven until bread crumbs are brown.
May need to put under broiler for a few seconds to get brownness you desire.
