Christmas Strufflers(Honey Balls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs
4 demitasse cups sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. vanilla
5 lb. unbleached flour
2 qt. vegetable oil
citron/sprinklers
Preparation

In large 6 to 8-quart stainless steel bowl, beat eggs.
Slowly add sugar, melted butter or margarine, baking powder and vanilla. Beat in 1 cup of flour at a time.
Dough will be sticky.
Keep adding flour until dough can be removed from bowl.
Now, knead on floured table.
Keep kneading and adding flour until dough can be rolled.
Cut into slices and roll strips like a snake.
Cut into square pieces.
