Venison Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

venison round steaks, cut 1/4 inch thick
milk
meat tenderizer
flour
salt and pepper
cooking oil
Preparation

Marinate venison 2 to 3 hours in milk; sprinkle with tenderizer and pound lightly; dredge in flour, salt and pepper.
Panfry in oil until just brown on each side (do not overcook).
This will be almost fork-tender with no strong flavor.
