Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. sugar
    1 C. corn syrup
    1/2 C. water
    2 C raw peanuts
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook syrup, sugar and water until it reaches a hard boil. Add peanuts and cook until golden brown.
    Add butter and vanilla flavoring.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Add baking soda and do not stir long.
    Pour into a buttered pan.
