Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot bulk sausage
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
5 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, cubed
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain on paper towels over heavy brown grocery bag.
Pat excess grease off with paper towels.
Beat eggs well. Add milk, salt to taste and mustard and beat again.
Combine egg mixture with sausage, bread and cheese.
Stir and pour into casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 4 or 5.
