Potato Carrot Bake(Easy Holiday Fixings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large potatoes
    1 bunch carrots, peeled
    butter or margarine
    1/2 c. light sour cream
    buttered crumb topping
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and boil until cooked.
    Peel.
    Meanwhile, boil carrots until tender.
    Mash carrots and potatoes together with butter or margarine, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
