Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/4 c. salsa
    3/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. salsa
    4 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    In a large bowl combine turkey and 1/4 cup salsa.
    Shape into 4 (1/2 inch thick) patties.
    Place on rack in broiler pan.
    Broil patties 8 to 10 minutes (turning once) or until there is no pink in center.
