Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
5 Tbsp. margarine or butter
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
3 eggs
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Beat with electric mixer, potatoes, margarine, sugar and salt until mixture is smooth.
Remove any strings from the potatoes from the mixer beaters.
Add eggs, then milk and vanilla.
Beat 3 or 4 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
