Veal Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal (1/4-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. crushed, dried rosemary
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. Marsala wine
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Over medium heat, brown veal (3 minutes per side) after you have coated it with spices.
    Remove veal from skillet.
    Add mushrooms; saute for 3 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch and broth in bowl; stir with wire whisk.
    Add this to mushrooms.
    Add wine and cook 2 to 3 minutes until thickened and bubbling.
    Pour over veal that you have kept warm.
    Serves 4.
