Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    12 to 15 saltines, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Combine beef, eggs, milk, onion, bell pepper, saltines, salt and pepper.
    Mix tomato sauce, basil, oregano, parsley and garlic. Pour 1/2 tomato sauce into meat mixture.
    Mix well.
    Mixture will be thin.
    Pour into meat loaf pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375\u00b0; pour remaining sauce over meat and bake 1 1/2 hours.
