Quick Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    2 1/2 c. uncooked noodles
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion and garlic in heavy frypan.
    Add tomatoes, paste, parsley, oregano and water; bring to a boil.
    Stir in noodles and simmer until noodles are tender and sauce is thickened; about 25 minutes.
    Stir only to prevent sticking.
    Mix cheeses; drop by teaspoonfuls onto lasagna mixture.
    Cover and heat 5 minutes.
