Whipped Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg yolks with water until it increases in volume to about a quart.
Gradually beat in sugar, then add flour, sifted with baking powder and salt.
Add the vanilla.
Fold in egg whites which have been beaten until stiff.
Pour batter into greased tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done.
Leave in pan until cold.
