Baked Potato Slims Instead Of Fried - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, cut as fries
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 bag Shake 'n Bake (for chicken)
Preparation
    Dip potatoes in vegetable oil, water and Tabasco sauce.
    Shake off excess liquid. Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese to Shake 'n Bake. Place 8 to 10 potato strips at a time.
    Shake until well coated.
    Place in single layer on foil.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 4 servings.
