Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, fried
    4 or more medium potatoes, sliced
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar or American cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Layer sausage, potatoes, cheese, flour, salt and milk in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer.
