Napa Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head Napa cabbage, chopped (discard core)
    6 green onions, diced
    4 oz. slivered almonds
    4 oz. sunflower seeds
    2 pkg. Ramen noodles (remove flavor packets)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. safflower or sunflower oil
    1 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 stick oleo or butter
Preparation
    Mix cabbage and green onions and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.
    Break noodles into small pieces and saute them with the almonds and the sunflower seeds in the butter until lightly browned, then refrigerate.
    Combine cabbage mixture and noodle mixture about 2 hours before serving.
    Mix soy sauce, sugar, oil and vinegar and pour over salad about 15 minutes before serving.
    This makes a very large salad.
