Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    3 to 4 green onions with tops or 3/4 to 1 c. chopped onions
    ham or any cooked meat
    3 to 4 eggs
    3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
    salt
    pepper
    soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice in 2 cups water until dry or cook ahead.
    In skillet, heat oil; saute onions and add meat.
    Cook about 2 minutes.
    Break eggs into onion mixture; let this cook a little, then scramble.
    Add salt and pepper, rice and soy sauce.
    Heat through.
