Ingredients

1/3 c. mashed potatoes
1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 2/3 c. coconut flakes
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1- 3 oz. semi sweet chocolate for dipping
Preparation

Mash potatoes, let cool.
Then mix potatoes, sugar, coconut, and vanilla
together.
Mix until moist.
Form small balls and place on cookie sheet, place in refrigerator.
Melt chocolate and a little paraffin over medium heat in double boiler.
Dip balls when ready and place on wax paper on cookie sheet.
When chocolate has hardened candy is ready.
Store in cool place in tight container.
