Peppered Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) beef of pork tenderloin or just a roast
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Tony Chachere or Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation

Mix dry spices.
On a large sheet of foil, roll meat in it until evenly covered.
Rub Kitchen Bouquet on meat.
Wrap tightly in foil.
Place in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours until tender.
