Gingerbread Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. dark molasses
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; add egg and dry ingredients. Chill dough.
Roll out on floured board to desired thickness; cut with \"gingerbread\" cookie cutters and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
