Fannie'S Easy Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 large chicken breasts
    2 carrots, diced
    2 to 4 green onions, diced
    2 to 3 potatoes, diced
    2 to 3 stalks celery, diced
    pinch of paprika
    pinch of lemon pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. rice
Preparation
    Boil
    chicken until tender.
    Remove
    all skin and bones and skim
    all fat.
    Add all the ingredients, except the rice. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Last 15 minutes add rice.
    Serve with hot French
    bread.
    Great
    if you have a cold, even better if you don't!
