Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 qt. water
    2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. carrots, diced
    10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except chicken soup and cheese. Cook for 30 minutes.
    Add chicken soup and chopped cheese.
    Cook until cheese is melted and soup is hot enough to eat.
