Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
1/2 c. soft butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips (mini)
Preparation

Peel and grate zucchini.
Set aside to drain all water.
Cream together the butter, sugar, oil, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients, except zucchini and chocolate chips. Fold in zucchini.
Pour into greased pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over cake.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
Do not preheat oven!!
