Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tomato, cut in strips
Preparation
    Cut the steak into 1/2 x 3-inch strips.
    Brown the meat in the hot oil, then add the green pepper, onion, soy sauce and garlic powder.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
