Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (dry)
    broccoli, cut into pieces
    cauliflower, cut into pieces
    onions, cut into pieces
    carrots, cut into pieces
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Unroll crescent roll dough into 13 x 9-inch or slightly larger pan, making into one large crust.
    Bake according to directions on can.
    Let cool.
    Mix together sour cream, cream cheese and dressing mix.
    Spread over crust.
    Top with chopped vegetables and cheese.
    Chill.
