Clyde'S Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Beat the egg yolks and whites separately.
    Combine egg yolks, milk and butter.
    Mix with dry ingredients, stirring only until the batter is smooth.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake in a hot waffle iron until steaming has almost stopped.
    Serve with syrup and bacon or sausage!
