B. J.'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 stick butter or margarine, cubed
    1 c. mayo
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. cream of onion soup
    32 crushed crackers (Ritz)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli al dente and drain.
    Mix eggs, mayo, cheese and onion soup and pour over cooked broccoli.
    Cover with crushed crackers.
    Place cubed butter on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 to 45 minutes until nice and brown.
