Whole Wheat Pizza(Makes Two 12-Inch Pizzas.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    no cholesterol cooking spray
    cornmeal (optional)
Preparation
    Set aside 1 cup all-purpose flour.
    In large bowl, mix remaining flours, undissolved yeast and salt.
    Heat water and oil until hot to touch (125\u00b0 to 130\u00b0); stir
    into dry mixture.
    Mix in enough reserved flour to make stiff dough.
    Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
    Cover; let rest 10 minutes.
    Divide dough in half.
    Roll and stretch each piece to a 13-inch circle.
    Place on 2 (12-inch) round pizza pans or 2 baking sheets, coated with Pam and sprinkled with cornmeal (if desired).
    Shape edge into standing rim of dough.
    Top with favorite pizza sauce and toppings, dividing evenly.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until crust is golden, about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cut into wedges to serve.
