Potato Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag hash brown shredded potatoes, thawed and excess water drained
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 small carton sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can chicken soup (undiluted)
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients together and place in a casserole baking dish.
Top with a little grated cheese and crushed corn flakes.
Dribble melted butter over the corn flakes (optional).
