Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham crust
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients to make graham crumbs; place enough in each cup to fill bottom.
    Mix last 4 ingredients and fill each cup half full.
    Use foil baking cups and bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Cool and top with cherry or blueberry pie filling or crushed pineapple.
