Oatmeal Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. hot water, poured over 2 c. quick oats and set aside
2 sticks oleo
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 2/3 c. flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased & floured sheet pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes. When cooled, sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
