Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cutlets
    flour
    1 egg
    milk
    salt
    oil
Preparation
    Take cutlets and salt lightly on both sides.
    Blend egg and milk into bowl.
    Put flour on foil so that you can dip meat into flour.
    Take cutlets and dip in flour, then in egg mixture, then back into the flour.
    Put in frying pan and cook until meat is golden brown.
