Strawberry Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c strawberries (if frozen, slice)
1 8 oz Fat free cream cheese, softened
1 box yellow cake mix

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Set aside 1/2 c of dry cake mix.
Mix together cream cheese and strawberries on low for 1 minute, slowly mix in cake mix.
Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
Spread into a 13 x 9 pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle 1/2 c reserved cake mix on top.
Bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serves 15.
