Cabbage Supreme Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2/3 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cut cabbage in small wedges and cook in boiling, salted water until tender.
    Drain cabbage and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.
    To prepare white sauce, melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour white sauce over cabbage; bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
