South Pacific Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 chicken breasts
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, melt margarine.
    Stir in onion soup and cornstarch, then reserved pineapple juice and lemon juice. Arrange chicken and pineapple chunks in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour onion mixture over chicken and bake 45 minutes until chicken is tender.
    Serve with hot vegetables or over rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
