Taco Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. sausage links
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. long grain rice
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1/2 c. shredded cheese
tortilla chips
Preparation

Cook sausage links as directed on package, using a 10-inch skillet; drain and remove from skillet.
Heat margarine in skillet until hot.
Cook onion until tender.
Stir in seasoning mix and water.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Stir in tomatoes, pepper, beans and olives.
Arrange sausage on top.
Sprinkle with cheese and cover and heat through.
Serve with tortilla chips.
