Quick Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell (unbaked)
1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Place pecan pieces in pie shell, saving a few whole ones for the top.
Beat eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla together.
Pour over the pecans and place remaining pecans on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Do not double this recipe as it will not cook as well.
