Barbe-Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion or fresh chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can Pillsbury biscuits
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Brown seasoned beef in small amount of grease; drain.
    Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Place 1 biscuit in each of 10 ungreased muffin cups; press dough up sides to edge of cup.
    Spoon hot meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes until golden. Refrigerate any leftovers.
