Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces chicken (unskinned)
    2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk with fork and add salt, pepper and paprika. Dip chicken into egg mixture. Dip into flour. Fry in hot oil. Brown on one side; turn and brown on other. Cover pan and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
