Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
pinch of salt
1 stick margarine
5 slices white bread, trim crusts and cube
Preparation

Place well drained pineapple in a 1 to 1 1/2-quart greased casserole.
Beat eggs, then mix in flour, sugar and salt.
Pour over pineapple.
In a large skillet, melt margarine and coat bread cubes.
Place buttered cubes on top of pineapple mixture and bake, uncovered, in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Good with any meat entree or for a salad luncheon.
