Egg Salad Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    1 tsp. minced dried onion
    3 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    5 Tbsp. chopped celery (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients until blended.
    Spread 1/4 of mixture on a slice of bread.
    Makes enough filling for 4 sandwiches.
    Contains 115 calories each.
