Mrs. Cook'S Swedish Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. almond extract
    1 egg
    5 c. flour (plain)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg.
    Mix well.
    Add almond extract.
    Add flour.
    Mix well.
    Run through a cookie press, using the star plate.
    Shape in circles.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool on wire rack.
