Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, or as much as you need, cut 1 1/2-inch thick
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 soup cans water
    salt & pepper
    flour
    oil
Preparation
    Salt, pepper & flour meat on all sides.
    Brown meat in a little oil.
    Use heavy pan or Dutch oven.
    Drain off all fat in pan.
    Wipe out with paper towels if necessary.
    Pour the soup and water over the meat.
    Cover tightly with lid or foil.
    Bake in slow oven, 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or till meat is tender.
    Check occasionally and add more water if gravy gets too thick.
