Missouri State Fair Grilled Turkey Tenderloins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey tenderloins (or turkey breast slices)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    dash black pepper
    dash garlic salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except turkey in a Ziploc bag (or shallow pan) for marinade, mix well.
    Add turkey and marinate in refrigerator several hours, turning occasionally.
    Grill turkey over hot coals for 4 to 8 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until done.
    Baste with remaining marinade while grilling.
