Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free cherry jello
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. sweetener
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, crushed or cut in half
    1 can crushed pineapple in its own juice
    16 oz. Weight Watchers sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello and sweetener in boiling water.
    Add strawberries and pineapple, including juice.
    Pour half of mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch bowl.
    Refrigerate 1/2 hour or until set. Spread sour cream on top of jello.
    Add remaining strawberry mixture.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 8 servings.
