3/4 lb. apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1/2 c. whole kernel corn
2 1/2 oz. reduced fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c. sugar
dash of ground cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1/3 c. corn oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
