Apple And Cheddar Corn Muffins(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 oz. uncooked cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 lb. apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
    1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    2 1/2 oz. reduced fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. sugar
    dash of ground cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1/3 c. corn oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line 12 muffin pan cups with paper baking cups.
    Set aside.
