Ellen'S Deviled Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crab meat
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (Hellmann's light)
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 saltines, crushed
    dash of Accent
    1 whole egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix ingredients all together and mold into clam shells or spread in greased casserole and bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
    If desired, tops may be coated with 1 cup mayonnaise plus 2 egg yolks. Serves 6.
