Pork Chops Oniondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. rice (long grain)
    1 c. water
    1 can onion soup
Preparation
    Slash the fat around each pork chop. Fry chops until brown on both sides. Pour rice into a 2-quart baking dish. Cover with water. Arrange the pork chops over the rice. Cover all with undiluted onion soup. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
